The park boasts muliple accommodation options including eight, 2 bedroom deluxe villas with self contained kitchen, microwave, air-conditioning, ceiling fans and large covered deck. Other accommodation includes ensuite cabins, ensuite sites for caravans and riverside camping.

Homestead features include a large covered barbeque area on the riverbank, a salt water swimming pool and toddler's pool, a private boat ramp and harbour, clean amenities, laundry facilities, a convenience shop and friendly site managers to assist in arranging your stay.

Travellers are encouraged to sample one or more of the regions many attractions inlcuding 5 World Heritage National Parks with waterfalls, lush subtropical rainforest and spectacular lookouts. The Homestead's river frontage enables the angler to fish from the bank or explore by boat thirty-five kilometres of river, inlets and lakes, a haven to marine and bird life.

To the north, the excitement of the Gold Coast with it's many theme parks and tourist attractions, and the fabulous city of Brisbane. To the south, the ever popular Byron Bay. To the East, the crystal clear waters of the Pacific Ocean. And in the immediate area, a wonderful array of restaurants, sporting clubs, entertainment venues and golf courses.
